Good hot breakfast with a huge variety of choices. Comfortable bed & comfortable and quiet position very close to the main tower to check-in as well as the casino in the middle of the night.

    No signal at all.

    outdoor pool
    punctual shuttle
    scenic location
    cleanliness issues

The outdoor pool offers a great spot for cooling off after a day at the casino, the shuttle service runs on point. Solid location surrounded by the Arizona landscape adds a nice touch to the stay.

I encountered some cleanliness issues, with noticeable dirt and dusty surfaces throughout the room, and the absence of a fridge in the desert reminded me of a miss. The bed was less than comfortable and fell short on pillows. Accessing check-in at the casino rather than the hotel created some unnecessary hassle.

    Very good reception, spacious room

It's a hotel-casino. The hotel side was very good. On the casino side, it's always a little special to see these people playing slot machines at 9:00 in the morning...

    comfy beds
    peaceful area
    moldy ceiling

The beds were super comfy, and I enjoyed the no noise around. It was a short drive to the casino with great dining options nearby. Plus, the cozy atmosphere is a treat!

The bathroom ceiling looked like it was auditioning for a horror film with that mold. I'm all for ambiance, but not that kind!

Good place for a break before heading north. Not far from Sedona and other towns for a walk.

For meals we have to go out a little further into the town of Camp Verde. Otherwise there is the Casino next door where we serve meals but it's smoking inside.

staff was really nice. you always got the information you needed. heated pool was in the courtyard, we used late at night even in winter. cool with hottub :). room was ok, with view to the pool. we stayed in the apartments under the casino. there is a shuttle service when you need it up to the casino. there you can have breakfast which is included in the price and as a buffet it is really delicious and a lot of choice. otherwise, there is also a lot offered in the casino: diner, bowling, bar with live music etc. location is really good on the way to phoenix. right near montezuma castle and not far from sedona.

    wlan could have been better.

    great dining
    comfortable balcony
    clean body wash
    unpleasant reservation
    poor room maintenance

The culinary scene nearby is fire! Grab a shake at Johnny Rockets or enjoy a hearty meal at Fables-just a hop, skip, and jump away! Plus, the iced body wash was a nice touch to wash off the day's adventures. The balcony at our room was a sweet spot to unwind after exploring.

We had a bumpy ride with a mix-up on our reservations-first floor, but we ended up hiking up to the second without an elevator! The room was begging for some TLC; broken fixtures and no cleaning for three days made it feel like a scene from a horror flick.
